Delete your DrillPro account

DrillPro, by the DrillPro developer team, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open DrillPro and sign in.
2. Go to Settings & Help → Delete account & data.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: by email (without the app)

1. Email abdalla.drillpro@gmail.com from the email address of your DrillPro account, with the subject Delete my DrillPro account.
2. We confirm you own the account, then delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, name, account ID)
• All your records: kill sheets, volumes, trip sheets, mud tanks, mud pumps, data sheets, handovers, JSAs
• AI assistant memory and session summaries
• Files you uploaded
• Your AI token balance and push notification tokens

What we keep

• A deletion record with no direct personal identifiers, kept for compliance.
• Anonymised AI questions that were already added to the shared answer cache.
• Purchase records held by Google Play, Apple or RevenueCat, under their own retention rules.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first.
