DrillPro Terms of Service
These terms apply to the DrillPro app on Android, iOS, the web (drillpro.app) and desktop ("DrillPro", "the service"). DrillPro is provided by Abdalla Abdelhafiz Hassan Hassan, trading as DrillPro ("we", "us"). Contact: abdalla.drillpro@gmail.com. By creating an account or using DrillPro you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DrillPro provides drilling calculators, record keeping (kill sheets, trip sheets, volumes, mud tanks and pumps, data sheets and other records), PDF and Excel export, and an AI assistant. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.
2. Safety: verify every result
DrillPro is a calculation aid, not a substitute for professional judgement, company procedures or certified well control training. Results, including answers from the AI assistant, can be wrong because of incorrect inputs, rounding, software errors or AI mistakes. You must independently verify every result before using it in a well control, drilling or any other operation. You are responsible for decisions you make.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older, give a valid email address, keep your sign-in details secure, and use one account per person. Plans are for one user and may not be shared or resold.
4. Plans, payments and renewals
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Extra AI credit packs are one-time purchases that last one month and require an active plan.
- Web and desktop orders: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web and desktop orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, under the Paddle buyer terms.
- In-app orders on Android or iOS are processed by Google Play or Apple under their terms.
- A plan bought on one platform works on every platform when you sign in with the same account.
- Prices may change with operating costs. A change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you beforehand. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
5. AI credits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, which the assistant uses as it works. Unused monthly credits do not roll over, except that on an upgrade the unused part of your old plan's credits carries into the new plan for the rest of that month. AI credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse DrillPro: no attempts to break its security, bypass limits or payments, scrape or resell the service or its data, overload it, or use the AI assistant to create unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Your content
Records you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your records and delete your account at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep DrillPro available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, DrillPro is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from operational decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending
You can stop using DrillPro and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end these terms if you breach them. Sections 2, 7 and 9 continue after the terms end.
11. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
